Financial Accountant – Exclusive to Distinct Recruitment
Location: Nottingham City Centre (NG1)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + discretionary bonus
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid (2 days in office after 3 months)

The Role – Financial Accountant
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting and driving improvements in financial controls. You’ll also oversee an Assistant Financial Accountant.
About You

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

Strong Excel skills

Experience with statutory reporting, VAT, and audit processes

Detail-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong control orientation
