About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve financial performance within your areas of responsibility.
- Provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and influence key business decisions.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and three-year plans, ensuring accountability for performance against these targets.
- Manage the monthly and weekly forecasting and reporting processes.
- Ensure financial integrity and stewardship in all processes, implementing improvements as needed.
- Create, prepare, and analyse key business reports and initiatives, enhancing financial awareness through effective partnering and education.
- Work with other Finance areas, the Business, and Group functions to create a consolidated view of performance.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) who:
- Experience: Ideally has experience in commercial retail or FMCG roles, though this is not essential.
- Skills: Demonstrates excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
- Analytical: Possesses strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking: Capable of managing multiple priorities and performing effectively under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
Package
- Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
- Bonus Scheme: 10% to 20% of salary
