In terms of key person requirements;
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Have excellent communication, relationship-building and people leadership skills, in order to inspire, effect change and drive successful processes and performance
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, understanding the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail
Package
- Salary range: £55,000 to £65,000
- Bonus scheme: 10% to 20% of salary
