An opportunity to jump aboard a moving train… having completed over 20 acquisitions in 2022 alone, our client has ambitious plans to deliver 10-20 deals per year for the next 3-5 years. Backed by a leading global private equity fund, our client ~ a well known Technology/SaaS business is seeking to add an ambitious and commercially astute M&A professional to it’s existing internal M&A team.
You’ll have the opportunity to own your own detailed financial models, designed to frame and understand through the lense of the business’ long term value creation strategy, as well as reviewiong & supporting the analysis of less experienced members of the team. Steeped in a high volume of M&A activity, you’ll also stand shoulder to shoulder with the M&A Director when presenting acquisition cases to the Executive Investment committee (including Group CEO, CFO and COO).
It’s assumed the successful candidate is either a Qualified Accountant (ACA) with experience of managing many Deals in Transaction Services, or a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from an Investment Banking background.
