Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the monthly payroll process with high accuracy and efficiency.
– Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately in Xero, ensuring error-free ledgers.
– Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
– Address invoice queries through excellent client communication.
– Handle complex bonus/commission calculations and salary sacrifice arrangements.
– Utilise Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside payroll software like Xero to streamline processes.
– Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and uphold a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
– Employ strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
– Exhibit a positive “Can Do” attitude while showcasing outstanding planning and organizational skills.
Desirable Skills:
– Experience with foreign currencies is advantageous.
– Familiarity with month-end reconciliations and VAT return submissions.
– Knowledge of P11D & PSA preparation and submission.
– Previous experience processing temporary workers in payroll.
