This is a brand new role for a fantastic organisation working as a HR Analyst on a permanent basis.

You will sit within the wider HR team, reporting directly into the Senior HR Manager who oversees the HRIS platforms and MI.

You will be joining the business at an exciting time and will be given the opportunity to grow and develop within this role.

Role overview
  •  Supporting the Senior HR Manager with the maintenance and development of the HR system and benefits platform; ensuring that it remains fully effective and is being utilised to its full potential.
  • Work with key stakeholders to create MI reports.
  • To manage and resolve and queries relating to the HR platform.
About you
  • Experience of HR systems is essential; ideally workday and benefit platforms but flexible on this.
  • We are looking for someone who has a real grasp for data and how it can be presented.
  • You must be passionate about stats and data.
  • Problem solver.
