Hey, let’s talk about an amazing opportunity we have. We’re searching for a true gem to join this team as a HR Business Partner. This role is anything but ordinary – every day will be different, offering you the chance to dive into a wide range of tasks and challenges.

This role supports both a distribution centre but also the field, so experience at the shop floor level is key. You’ll need to be quick on your feet, ready to tackle issues head-on, and adept at handling the dynamic nature of the environment. There’s a great management team on board who show great operational strength, and part of your role will be to engage with them, providing guidance, support, and coaching to build their confidence in partnering HR.

With > 1000 employees to support, you’ll be working mainly on-site, you’ll need to be resilient and able to see the bigger picture. Detail-oriented, yes, but also someone who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment. Your expertise in HR Systems will be invaluable as you navigate through the workload.
