Role overview

People administration: Be the guardian of immaculate employee records, including personal information, payroll data, time and attendance records, and sickness absence management. Your attention to detail ensures our records are in top-notch shape. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager to prepare and distribute HR-related documentation. This includes offer letters, contract reference requests, changes to terms and conditions of employment, and managing disciplinary and grievance processes. You’ll be the mastermind behind calculating remuneration levels and submitting them to an external payroll company. 

Recruitment and Selection: Take the lead in managing the candidate and employee administrative lifecycle. From posting job vacancies to coordinating onboarding processes, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our people. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct first interviews and support assessment centres!

Employee Advice: Be a go-to resource for employees seeking advice on policy matters. You’ll escalate more complex issues to the HR Manager when needed, ensuring a positive employee experience.
