Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support business functions as part of the HR team.
- Partner with the Head of People to develop strategies that boost performance and engagement.
- Plan recruitment, development, and succession of talent across the organisation.
- Analyse people management data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Collaborate to deliver effective talent management, ensuring future leadership development.
- Anticipate people issues during business changes and ensure they are effectively managed.
- Lead change management and business improvement projects.
- Support recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, payroll, and reward processes.
- Coach line managers on leadership, people management, and employee development.
- Act as a champion for best practices that empower managers and enhance employee engagement.
