You will play a crucial role in leading the People Services team, balancing various responsibilities including team management, advising managers, employee relations, onboarding, payroll, and project management. About you
  • Previous experience in a mid-level management role, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • A good understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
