Job description

Join a brilliant team as a Permanent Reward Specialist!

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a fantastic retailer? We’re on the lookout for a talented and dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Reward Specialist.

About Them:

They’re a super flexible organisation, committed to offering a hybrid working model that provides the perfect blend of remote work and in-office collaboration. Based in Staffordshire, their headquarters provide a vibrant and supportive environment, with the flexibility to work from home for the majority of the week.

The Role:

As a Reward Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s compensation and benefits landscape. They’re seeking someone with a broad HR background, coupled with a deep understanding of the sensitivity involved in managing reward programs. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the face of the organisation for all things comps and bens, driving day-to-day operations with precision and finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run day-to-day reward operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all reward-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Reward & Wellbeing Manager on annual reward activities, including incentive scheme processes, benefit renewals, and legislative compliance.
  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the continuous improvement of their reward strategies.
  • Demonstrate ambition and proactivity in driving initiatives forward, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a curious and proactive mindset.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour, capable of building strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Ambitious individual with a drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Hybrid working model, with approximately one day per week in their Staffordshire headquarters.
  • Currently trialling a flexible working model in the organisation so will consider compressed 4 day working week, a 9 day fortnight model or both.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and make a real difference in the world of rewards, we want to hear from you! Join this great business in shaping the future of their organisation and unlocking new possibilities for team members. Apply now and be part of something extraordinary.
