Previously an FTC, we’re now ready for a permanent appointment. 

Consider yourself to be a world-class recruiter who didn’t believe you would find a role three days per week even though that’s the dream…I see you.

Bucking the trend this is an organisation who are producing another set of brilliant results and continues to hire into roles across the organisation from earlier careers through the c-suite.

You will be responsible for delivering a manageable but good number of roles, whether direct sourcing or on the occasion that it is required, partnering with the right agency.

Reporting into one of the East Midlands finest HR Directors you will have the autonomy and support to deliver. Around you, there will be a small and dynamic people team to adventure with you. In the office a minimum of one day per week you’ll get to enjoy the energy and excitement in the centre.

Salary & benefits

Up to £45k FTE

Role overview
As a Talent Partner, you will dive into a fast-paced and varied role, showcasing your true breadth of recruitment skills. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer and onboarding. Beyond these core functions, you will actively engage in recruitment-related projects including brand, EVP and workforce planning. 
About you

 

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment role in an autonomous and fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to colleagues at all levels of an organisation and build trust

  • An excellent communicator both written and verbal

  • Positive, flexible and can-do mindset and a focus on proactively delivering solutions and finding better ways to do things

  • Comfortable working at a fast pace with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands; spinning lots of plates at one time

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • A completer finisher with an eye for detail

  • Resilient and comfortable with transparency, ambiguity and change

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • A demonstrable understanding of the importance of business brand and culture

  • Enthusiasm for your own personal development

  • Excellent IT skills specifically MS Office and experience of using HR systems
