Job description

Role: Administrator 

Hours: Mon – Fri 

9 – 5 

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working 2 days a week at home 3 days in the office

Duration: Temporary ongoing 

Pay: £11 – £13 per hour depending on experience 

 

Are you a confident individual who enjoys solving problems? Do you enjoy working on Administrative tasks and maybe you’re looking for a new role?

 

We are looking to bring on board an Administrator to join a busy fast moving internal Recruitment team, this role will be on an ongoing basis and may have the potential to be long-term depending on the business’s requirements. 

 

You’ll be working for a well-known optician Headquarters where there is potential if permanent to grow your career.

 

Typical day-to-day duties involve: 

 

Data processing 

Supporting the wider recruitment team with Administrative tasks 

Chasing for updates via telephone and email

Updating internal tracking sheets 

Managing the group inbox 

Scheduling interview bookings

Sending confirmations etc
