Customer Experience Advisor
Salary: £23,000 per year
Location: Somercotes, Alfreton
Hours: Full time, shifts are either 9am – 5pm, 9.30am – 5.30pm or 10am – 6pm
Hybrid working is available once fully trained. They also offer a 9-day working fortnight where you can compress your hours and have 1 day off per 2 weeks.
Duration: 12-month contract
This is an amazing opportunity to work for a household name brand within the health and wellness space. They are looking for 3 people to join their Customer Experience team where you will be the first point of contact for new members.
No previous experience within customer service? No problem! We are looking for people who have a genuine warmth and who can be a positive, non-judgmental voice at the end of the phone.
You will be providing advice and knowledge over the phone, answering any queries, and helping members feel at ease.
Welcome customer calls and engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs and provide them with help at first point of contact wherever possible. Respond to customer emails taking ownership of customer issues.
