Job description

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,452.20 + £750 annual bonus 

Hours of work:

8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

*You will need to be available to work one in 8 Saturday mornings – 8.30am – 12.30pm

Hybrid working – 2 days from home 3 days office based

 

Location: NG2 Nottingham Accessible via public transport

You will handle customer queries effectively whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention of customers. We welcome individuals to apply from a Customer service / Retail / Hospitality background who may want a change in career.

 

What to expect day to day:

 

  • Contacting customers on a monthly basis, confirming orders and delivery details
  • Processing orders, advising on delivery times, and resolving any issues with deliveries/couriers
  • Processing prescriptions
  • Liaising with GP surgeries, building meaningful relationships relating to incorrect details, urgent orders, and missing prescriptions
  • Dealing with customer complaints, responding to them appropriately and recording them
  • Inputting customer details, keeping records accurate and up-to-date

 

About you:

 

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Top-class communication and relationship-building skills
