HR Assistant (Temporary Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Assistant for a 6-month temporary contract with the potential for permanent employment. You will earn £11.91 per hour and work fully on-site until January, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.

Location: NG7 2NR

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to HR-related enquiries and administrative requests, ensuring an efficient service delivery.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with policies and GDPR.
– Provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for service users.
– Administer employee-related processes, including payroll and recruitment support.
– Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualities:
– A positive mindset and a willingness to learn are more important than specific experience.
– Previous HR experience is beneficial but not required.
