Job description

You will provide administrative, financial and file management support, working across multiple client teams. This includes liaising with lawyers, taking instruction and updating on work progress, attending team meetings and producing files and legal documents.

Salary & benefits
Salary is £25,000 – £27,000 DOE
Hours of work – 9-5 Monday to Friday

Role overview
  • File management – updating and maintaining files using a case management system
  • Opening and closing files – liaising with lawyers as required
  • Producing documents – audio typing, and using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Searching for conflicts on new files
  • Booking meetings and organising deliveries and couriers
  • Processing bills and expenses
  • Adhering to compliance policies and regulations
About you
  • Strong administration background, min 2 years of experience of office administration, including typing / presenting of documents
  • Legal experience is desirable
  • IT savvy, especially MS Office
  • Highly organised, flexible, strong attention to detail
  • Professional and well-presented
