This is an opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to make a real difference within an organisation who is at the forefront of the energy transition sector. They have developed a strong track record in converting customers from higher emissions fuels to lower carbon and cleaner solutions and have a vision to provide 100% renewable solutions to customers by 2040.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO, CRO, social media, PPC, and display advertising, along with a proven track record of driving results and managing large-scale budgets.

Role overview
Your key responsibilities will include:

SEO

You will develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic growth. This will include on-page optimisation, content strategy, link building, and technical SEO. You will conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and regular audits to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

CRO
Spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives to maximise website performance and enhance user experience. You will analyse customer journey touchpoints and develop and oversee A/B testing and experimentation programs to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.

Social Media
Guide the implementation of innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will direct the creation of compelling content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.

PPC
Drive the strategic planning and execution of PPC campaigns across diverse channels, optimising for maximum ROI and performance. You will manage large-scale PPC budgets, overseeing campaign setup, keyword targeting, ad copy creation, and bid management.

Display Ads
Develop and implement display advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic and conversions. You will partner with Marketing Managers, to oversee the creation of visually engaging display ads and banner designs and utilise advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques to optimise campaign performance.

Benchmarking/Competitor Insights

Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and competitive analysis to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.

 
About you
This role would suit candidates with extensive experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, CRO, social media, PPC, and display advertising. You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation and a proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.

You will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making and be able to communicate effectively across departments with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams. You will have an advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms and be prepared to join a team who cultivate innovation.
