This permanent, hybrid role, is based in the office 2 days a week just outside of Oxfordshire with the potential to work from the office based in Central London.
You will be creating engaging online and offline events and experiences across the UK, which will support students finding the right opportunities and employers finding the best fitting candidate.

• Collect ideas from teams, employers, students, universities, and charity partners.
• Develop diverse event experiences for students and employers, focusing on industry insights, soft skill development, work experience, and competitions.
• Plan event details like agendas, formats, platforms, and venues.
• Coordinate with and manage speaker relationships via CRM.
• Stay updated on event formats in various industries.
• Gather attendee feedback to enhance programs.
• Engage past attendees to establish an advocacy network.
• Cultivate relationships with career services and educational partners.
• Deliver student-focused events, balancing in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Create captivating marketing content and collateral.
• Ensure a seamless registration experience with high user experience (UX).
• Advocate for event-related roadmap initiatives.
• Implement acquisition source tagging for tracking sign-ups.
• Generate promotional materials for partners (universities, services, departments, societies, charities).
Person specification:
You will have some experience of running or designing events.
Confident and comfortable with generating and communicating new ideas.
A passion for progressing the lives of young people.
Willing to travel for events when required.
The ability to get stuck in, work as an important member of a small but committed team.
