Marketing Data and Insights Manager | Leicester | up to £55,000 | 1 day in the office per week

Role overview
  • In this role you’ll use a Test, Learn, evolve approach using your data management and technical analytical skills managing large data sets from multiple sources. You’ll then use your business acumen to drive analytic solutions to push commercial performance.
  • The types of reporting and analytics you’ll work on will include Customer profiling, customer segmentation, cluster analysis and other KPI reporting.
  • You will analyse key marketing data from areas such as email/CRM; PPC; social media; website and more!
  • You will play a key role in forecasting the growth of the business from a marketing perspective, particularly forecasting lead generation
  • Development of insight reports with clear communication to non-technical teams in order to make the most of these reports
  • Customer information analytics and insights
  • Management of external data sets from 3rd parties to add further insights for the business
  • Act as a key gatekeeper for data governance including GDPR in data segmentation as data sets evolve.
About you
  • 3 years experience within a data analytics role with a proven track record of presenting, interpreting and analysing data
  • Experience with analytical software such as SAS, SPSS, SQL
  • Strong data reporting and visualisation skills
  • Knowledge of BI reporting and analytics
  • Advanced Excel Skills and understanding of marketing data/Google Analytics
  • Exposure to a marketing setting would also be advantageous
