You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a marketing team of three to oversee the creation and publication of marketing material in line with the overall marketing masterplan. You will be working with and directing external design agencies and analysing potential strategic partner relationships for the future. This could include working with advertising departments or agencies to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.
This role will involve planning and implementing promotional campaigns and events and responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. You will also be monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communicating with senior management and departmental leads about existing and new marketing leads.
You will consistently review and develop the company’s marketing strategy in line with company objectives, based on research and analysis of market trends, customer demographics and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
This opportunity would suit an experienced marketing all-rounder who has worked on multichannel campaigns ideally within a B2C context. You will be someone who can bring an enthusiastic, pro-active and problem-solving approach to the job. You will have excellent communications skills, attention to detail and have the ability to manage media and agency relationships. You will need to be flexible, focused, self motivated and effective at time management but the rewards will all be worth it.
