Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Development Manager to join an exciting skincare brand. You will be based out of very cool & creative offices close to Kings Cross Station, the company culture is excellent and described as being “collaborative, fun, creative, fresh, where autonomy is encouraged”

Salary & benefits

Salary is £63-66k

Role overview

Alongside the Brand Director, oversee the total Brand Strategy rollout for 1-2 years
Brand performance tracking, looking at regional insights for global performance
Maintaining brand consistency across all channels
Support the development of the brand & categories, including – category ownership, strategy rollout, commercial tracking, portfolio planning, NPD projects
Lead the management of the brand portfolio, identifying the key needs and gaps, from inception to ideation and concept
Oversee all NPD projects
Management of 2 x Brand Managers and 1 x Junior Brand Manager

About you

8+ years Brand Management experience is essential
People / team management experience is essential
Beauty / Skincare background is highly desirable
Commercially minded and strategic approach
Experienced in developing product concepts through to market delivery
