Having spent nearly 10 years working with Paul, it is great to be renewing our partnership and knowing that Paul will be joining Distinct in 2016 as we embark on our exciting journey.
Paul is a well-known name in the Midlands recruitment and business world. Having successfully founded, and subsequently sold the well-known and respected business – Macildowie Recruitment. From a personal perspective, there is no better person in the Midlands to join us as Chairman as we embark on our new venture.
Paul will not only bring a wealth of contacts and relationships, he also provides a sounding board and challenge function that I believe every business owner needs to get the best out of themselves and their business. Our long-standing relationship is one where we are very comfortable being upfront and challenging with each other and I believe this will be a great benefit for the direction and growth of Distinct.
We enter 2016 full of excitement about what the future holds and ready for the inevitable challenges that will present themselves over the coming weeks and months. I looking forward to sharing our new website with you in the coming weeks along with news of new hires joining Distinct.
