Distinct wins Small Business of the Year!

We are delighted to have won ‘Small Business of the Year’ (Up to 50 staff) at the East Midlands Business Masters 2020 Awards.

As one of the must-attend networking events in the region’s calendar – and drawing a crowd of almost 300 business owners and professionals last year, it was a huge badge of honour for us to be in the running this year. This was especially true alongside our fellow five nominees. Last night (12th March 2020) we were thrilled to be crowned the winners.

Our Director (and events enthusiast), Alex Alcock, commented on our big win:

“Amongst a range of fantastic businesses on the shortlists within the Masters 20, East Midlands Business Masters Awards, we are humbled to be crowned Small Business of the Year. In just 4 years, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved so far at Distinct and to be recognised by our peers from a variety of sectors across the East Mids business community really means a lot to us. When I joined the business 3 years ago, I knew I was joining a great team with some special plans, and I’m excited to say that our ambition for the future shows no sign of stopping.

Thank you to all the judges, to Sam Metcalf & the team at The Business Desk, and of course, our fantastic team of individuals at Distinct who have made all of this possible. Finally, a massive well done and congratulations to all the businesses recognised last night. Here’s to continuing to make the East Midlands THE BEST place to work and do business!”

On behalf of all at Distinct, we would like to thank everyone who has supported us along the way.
