About us

We’re a market-leading agency with hubs in Nottingham, London and Boston, MA. Since opening our doors in 2016 with a team of just four people, we’ve grown to an international headcount of over 50 and partnered with over 900 businesses; from start-ups and SMEs to large enterprises and international organisations.

About you

We’re looking for recruiters who have at least 3 years of recruitment experience in one of our UK or US markets:

  • Join our Nottingham team: Our Nottingham teams specialise in recruiting for finance, HR, marketing, IT & office support and procurement & supply chain
  • Join our London team: From our hub in London, our dedicated accountancy practice offering supports professionals and firms across the UK
  • Join our US recruitment team: Operating out of all three of our offices, our specialist US teams recruit for the public accounting and legal sectors across the East Coast. Our USA recruitment package includes international travel to the US.

Earlier this year, our colleagues Imogen and Rebecca relocated from the UK to Boston full-time, representing Distinct overseas. For recruiters who join us on our US teams and decide to take the same leap, we will support them throughout the visa application process and provide a relocation package to help them settle in.
