He began his career in retail, spending over four years with Toyota in a customer-facing sales and service role, where he developed a strong instinct for building relationships.
After being introduced to recruitment through a long-standing professional connection, Clark made the move into the industry a couple of years ago. Drawn to legal recruitment for both the breadth of work and the pace of the US market, he now works closely with attorneys and firms to help shape career moves and team builds.
Clark’s approach is grounded in clear communication and trust. He believes that keeping people informed, at the right time, is what turns a transaction into a relationship.
With a people-first mindset, Clark takes time to understand individual goals and priorities, helping candidates navigate opportunities thoughtfully rather than rushing decisions. The result is better outcomes for candidates and firms alike and relationships that last beyond a single hire.

Outside of work, Clark is an avid sports fan and an active goalkeeper, with a particular passion for football (soccer). A committed supporter of Tottenham Hotspur, he also enjoys staying competitive through padel, golf and table tennis.
