She has represented special servicers of securitized commercials loan in review and consent transactions such as loan assumptions, non-permitted transfers of interests, leasing matters. As well as negotiating SNDAs on behalf of lenders with institutional and private tenants and borrowers, trained and supervised other attorneys and coordinated all SNDA negotiations for two major loan servicers.
