A DC-based government contracts boutique providing full-service support to government contractors is looking to hire a number of associates.
Founded by ex-BigLaw partners, the firm routinely handles sophisticated matters, meaning you won’t be taking a step back on the complexity of your work.
Built on the principles of wanting to break the BigLaw mould, the firm has an excellent work-life balance. Billable hour requirements are 1850 (100 pro-bono hours count towards this).
You’ll be invested in and developed, with hands-on mentoring from senior partners. It’s a meritocracy, so you’ll have a defined path to partner that is in your control.
You’ll be working on complex matters including:
- Bid disputes and protests (including prosecuting and defending claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, GAO, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit)
- FCA claims and investigations.
- Regulatory compliance.
Required experience:
3+ years of GovCon experience is essential. This can be across regulatory, bid disputes and protests, FCA litigation, M&A, corporate, etc.
Compensation:
Typical salary range for this position is $180,000 – $270,000, depending on experience.
