Attorney – General Liability
Location: Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
We’re a growing, full-service litigation firm seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our Blue Bell office. This hybrid position is ideal for attorneys with experience in General Liability, Premises Liability, Slip & Fall, and Motor Vehicle cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload from pre-litigation through trial and settlement.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate on litigation strategies and provide case updates to clients.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active PA Bar license (NJ a plus).
- 1–10+ years of relevant insurance defense experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and case management skills.
- Trial experience and teamwork mindset are a plus.
