A full-time position within a leading mid-sized firm is immediately available within a nationally recognized bankruptcy practice. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience focused on restructuring financially distressed companies, representing creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 proceedings, and supporting clients in multi-national insolvency-related litigation.
Applicants must possess strong research, writing, communication, and analytical skills. Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar is required.
