Position: Civil Litigation Defense Attorney

$110,000 – $140,000 + bonuses

We’re seeking a civil litigation defense attorney (2+ years’ experience) to join a well-established group in Houston.
If you’ve been working in areas like personal injury defense, premises liability, construction defects, general insurance defense, or commercial litigation, this could your next great opportunity.
You’ll be drafting motions, taking depositions, and will be leading cases all the way to trial, with mentorship and support along the way.
You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys who value collaboration, professional growth, and achieving strong results, without the burnout culture.
Work-life balance is a genuine priority here; annual billable hours are 1700 and you’ll work from home one day per week.

Required experience:
- Active TX bar license is essential.
