Position: Commercial Litigation Associate
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000
A Dallas based firm known for its litigation prowess is looking to hire ambitious business litigation attorneys.
You’ll be covering a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, antitrust, and real estate disputes.
You’ll be joining a high-performing group of attorneys regularly ranked in Super Lawyers and Chambers lists.
You’ll be encouraged to lead your own cases and deepen your trial experience. You won’t be held back.
You’ll also be developed. The firm has a track record of creating home-grown partners.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience in drafting motions, arguments, case preparation, and legal research.
- Trial experience is preferable.
- Bar admissions: Texas
Compensation:
Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000
Bonuses are also offered.
