Role: Commercial Litigation Associate
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: $140,000 – $170,000
A boutique commercial litigation firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level associate to join their busy Dallas office.
You’ll be joining a highly respected practice led by experienced trial lawyers with a track record of success in high-stakes disputes. You’ll receive mentorship from accomplished attorneys while being trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one.
You’ll manage your own cases and collaborate on complex matters across a variety of industries.
Areas you’ll cover include business disputes, contract disputes, real estate litigation, business torts, products liability, and general civil litigation.
You’ll gain exposure to a diverse caseload and the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded litigator.

Required experience:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
