Role: Mid-level Litigation Associate
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $180,000 – $235,000
A mid-sized Washington, DC based firm known for its litigation prowess is looking to hire an ambitious business litigation attorney.
You’ll be covering a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, trade secrets, FCA, securities, government investigations, and shareholder litigation.
You’ll be joining a high-performing group of attorneys regularly ranked on Super Lawyers and Chambers lists.
You’ll also be encouraged to lead your own cases and get trial experience, which is perfect if you feel like you’re being held back.
The firm will also invest in you; they have a track record of developing attorneys into partners.
What’s in it for you?
- Salary range is $180,000 – $235,000, plus bonuses
- Billable hours are 1,750/year.

- Hybrid working – 2 days from home.
Required experience
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience in drafting motions, arguments, case preparation, and legal research skills.
- Bar admissions: D.C.
