A leading national law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice in the Atlanta, GA office. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and at least six years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on real estate finance. The attorney selected for this role will work closely with partners and clients on a range of sophisticated transactional matters.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Handling a broad array of complex commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage-secured and mezzanine financings, syndicated loan facilities (secured and unsecured), and the assemblage and development of projects across multiple asset classes such as office, retail, multifamily, student housing, energy, and other product types.

Coordinating and closing a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, debt and equity deals, and joint ventures.

Contributing to team success by supervising and mentoring junior associates.
