Position: Associate Attorney – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Bethesda, MD
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
Position overview:
A leading mid-sized Maryland firm is looking for a junior/mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney.
Supporting their thriving real estate group, you’ll be working with a diverse client base including property developers, owners, and lenders.
You’ll be advising and leading across a wide range of commercial real estate matters including drafting and negotiating purchase / sale agreements, drafting lease contracts, entity formation, drafting operating agreements.
You’ll be joining a well established firm known for developing their attorneys. A firm where most of their partners are homegrown.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your real estate expertise, as well as develop upwards in your career; partner track is encouraged.

Required experience
- Ideally you’ll have 3-4 years of commercial real estate experience.

- An active MD license is essential. DC and/or VA is beneficial.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $150,000 – $180,000, depending on experience.
- Performance related bonuses are also offered.
- Healthcare: 80% of employee costs covered.
- PTO: 18 days, rising with service.
