Position: Mid-level Corporate Associate
Location: Tysons, VA
Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + bonuses.

Based in Northern Virginia, this firm is well regarded as one of the leading mid-sized full-service firms in the DC Metro area.
Representing companies in a wide range of industries, the corporate group handles transactional needs including formation, M&A, stock acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, spinoffs etc.
You’ll be working with a practice leader known for their mentoring, and will be empowered to lead your own deals and manage clients.

Job brief:
As part of their ongoing growth, the firm is looking to hire a mid-level corporate attorney with M&A experience.
You’ll have:
5-8 years experience of transactional work
Bar membership in VA. DC is a plus.
Experience of advising and representing mid-market companies.
Salary range:
$180,000 – $250,000, depending on experience. Performance related bonuses are also offered.
