Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Attorney with experience in both transactional and litigation matters to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia that will offer a blend of both office and remote work.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements.
Handle corporate litigation matters, including dispute resolution, shareholder issues, and contract disputes.
Work closely with both large corporations and smaller businesses, advising them on their legal strategies and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with other departments within the firm on multi-faceted legal issues.
Ensure that clients’ business objectives are met while minimizing legal risks.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Barred and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
2–10+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in both transactional and litigation matters.
Experience with mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and other corporate-related matters is highly desirable.
