Our client, are a well known multi-practice law firm with over 50 years experience providing quality service to global businesses. They are seeking an associate with 3-8 years of Corporate law experience to join their Philadelphia office. Admission to the Pennsylvania & New Jersey bars are desired. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate looking for to progress, learn with some of the industries best lawyers, while having a work life balance and scope for progression.
Job Requirements:
PA bar admission (NJ desirable, but not essential)
3-8 years of corporate/finance experience.
