Position: Partner – Corporate / Transactions
Location: Northern Virginia
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 + bonuses

A Northern Virginia-based mid-sized firm is looking to hire a corporate transactions partner.
If you feel like you’re being held back in your current firm, this firm can offer you a solution. They’re looking to invest in a partner who wants to grow theif business.
You’ll be supported by experienced corporate partners who know what it takes to build a practice.
The firm cross-sells effectively, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues in other practice groups to generate business with firm clients.
You’ll also benefit from a well-established marketing model that’s been proven to help partners generate clients and grow their business.
Compensation is based on both working and originating attorney collections, allowing you to earn up to 50% of your attorney collections.
A path to equity partner is also on the table.
You’ll be supported by a well-staffed team, including billing and accounting managers, along with business development and marketing support.
About you:
- Licensed in VA (or willing to waive in)
- Portable business of $300k+
- Experience leading corporate transactions, ideally across M&A, JV, formation, and corporate governance. Financing experience is a plus.
