Distinct are supporting an established, multi-practiced law firm seeking to add to their General Liability practice group. This opportunity is ideal for a junior or experienced Attorney looking to further their development in the legal space, gaining exposure with different sectors, and having an achievable progression plan at the firm.
Experience & qualifications:
- The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years general liability experience.
- Experience managing cases from beginning to end.
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
- Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and maintain organized records.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting general liability cases.
Having a New York Bar is essential and a NJ/CT/PA bar admission is desirable.
