Insurance Coverage Attorney / Junior Partner

A leading mid-size firm in New York City are looking to add to their growing Insurance Coverage practice group to represent their clients in coverage disputes involving comprehensive general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, employment practices liability, professional liability, commercial property and casualty, and more.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts and pleadings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal advice on various matters.
- Represent clients in litigation, negotiations, and hearings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in insurance coverage and insurance policy analysis
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, laws, and insurance policy interpretation principles.
- Must be admitted to practice in NJ/NY and/or PA admission a plus
- Litigation experience from case inception through trial in state and federal courts
- Exceptional analytical, research and written communication skills
