Position: Insurance Coverage Attorney
Location: Philadelphia (Hybrid Schedule)
Overview:
A leading Philadelphia law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney with a strong background in insurance coverage, bad faith, and first-party property damage claims. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse client base—from small businesses to major corporations—within a flexible hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on coverage issues, exclusions, and policy disputes.
- Handle bad faith and first-party property damage litigation.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial prep.
- Draft motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations.
- Advise on risk management and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and represent both insurers and policyholders.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active PA Bar license required; NJ Bar is a plus.
- 3–7 years’ experience in insurance coverage and litigation.
- Strong litigation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting.
