Position: Insurance Defense Attorney

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, full-service litigation firm seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join their Philadelphia team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain broad, hands-on litigation experience across a variety of high-exposure insurance defense matters.
Whether you’re early in your career or looking to diversify your litigation practice, this role offers a strong foundation in all phases of civil litigation—from case intake through trial.
What You’ll Gain:
As a key member of the legal team, you’ll take on a diverse caseload including General Liability, Premises Liability, Slip & Fall, and Motor Vehicle matters. You’ll have the chance to:
- Handle your own cases from pre-litigation through resolution, with meaningful client interaction.
- Appear regularly in court for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial prep materials.
- Collaborate with experienced litigators on complex strategy and case management.
- Develop deep litigation skills in a supportive, high-volume practice setting.

What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active PA Bar license (NJ license is a plus).
- 1–5 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation—General Liability, Slip & Fall, Premises, or Auto is preferred.
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.
