A law firm is seeking Associates to join its Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation practice group. The team represents insurers in complex, high-exposure coverage and reinsurance matters, including disputes under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers (D&O) insurance policies.
Responsibilities

Handle complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.

Manage depositions, hearings, and court appearances (commensurate with experience).

Collaborate with colleagues while working independently as needed.

Build client relationships and contribute to business development, where applicable.
Qualifications

4+ years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience.

Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.

Familiarity with professional liability, general liability, and D&O coverage.

Litigation experience across discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case management preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
