Requirements:
- 4+ years of IP litigation experience
- A technical degree is preferable (biotech, chem, or engineering focus is ideal).
- Exposure to all aspects of IP litigation is preferable (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.).
- A desire to grow beyond associate level
- Licensed in DC.
- Additional licenses are preferable.
Compensation is dependent on experience.
