A respected and growing law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its dynamic team. The firm is known for delivering strategic, results-driven legal solutions while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including compliance, policies, and dispute resolution.

Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation before state and federal agencies.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.

Lead client strategy sessions and manage complex caseloads from intake to resolution.

Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in labor & employment law.

Proven record of successfully handling employment litigation and counseling matters.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and client-relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Portable book of business.

Experience in class/collective actions and multi-jurisdictional matters.
