Do you have ambitions to become a partner, but currently not getting the support you need?
A New Jersey based mid-sized firm is looking to hire into their thriving Real Estate practice.
The firm will invest in you. They have a track record of developing attorneys into partners.
Working alongside Chambers ranked and ‘Best Lawyers in America’ colleagues, you’ll be joining a high-performing real-estate team.
You’ll have the balance of working on sophisticated and complex matters, without the big law feel. The firm is regionally based, but nationally recognised for Land Use and Zoning law.
You don’t need a current book of business, though it will give you a head start on your partner track if you do.
You won’t be sacrificing life outside of work; hybrid working is offered, as well as a soft 1850 billable hour requirement.
What you’ll need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a land use practice.
- Confidence in handling municipal and county planning and zoning board hearings.
- Comfortable with drafting redevelopment and financial agreements.
