A mid-sized Washington, DC based firm known for its litigation prowess is looking to hire ambitious business litigation attorneys.
You’ll be covering a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, bankruptcy, and shareholder litigation. The litigation group also covers government investigations and securities litigation, which you’ll get exposure to.
You’ll be joining a high-performing group of attorneys regularly ranked on Super Lawyers and Chambers lists.
You’ll also be encouraged to lead your own cases and get trial experience, which is perfect if you feel like you’re being held back.
The firm will also invest in you; they have a track record of developing attorneys into partners.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation. Government investigations and/or securities litigation experience is also preferable.
- Experience in drafting motions, arguments, case preparation, and legal research skills.
- Licensed in DC.
Compensation is dependent on experience.
