Our Philadelphia office is growing, and we are seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney with a strong foundation in healthcare litigation to join our respected litigation team.
About the Role:
As a key member of our medical malpractice group, you will manage a dynamic caseload of complex healthcare litigation matters — from pre-suit investigation through trial or resolution. You will have immediate exposure to clients, court proceedings, and strategy discussions. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Perform legal research and analysis on complex medical and liability issues
- Collaborate closely with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys
- Assist in mentoring junior associates (as experience allows)
